The returned product must be unused and unworn.
Jewellery
This means that there are no stains on the earrings and there is no perfume or smoke odor around the product. Items that have been damaged by wearing or fitting cannot be returned.
Knitties
All hand-knitted models are custom-made and cannot be returned. Standard sizes are used, sizes can be discussed via email.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will try to find a solution together with you, but we cannot be obliged to take the order back.
We base ourselves on article VI 53 right of withdrawal from distance contracts (so no right of return for the customer ! )
What are the situations in which the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal ?
The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal if :

” the goods delivered are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications and or are clearly intended for a specific person.”
The returned product must be carefully packed.
So the product in the original packaging (original envelope is not required) and in a sturdy package (bubble envelope) to be packed and postage prepaid. The return costs are for your own account.
SALE collection is excluded.
Items from the SALE may not be exchanged nor returned.
Mention the order number.
In addition, the order number must be mentioned, otherwise it is not clear who it is and where we have to return to.
